Duties and Responsibilities

- Tracking leads progress with coordinators and distributors.
- Assisting distributors in identifying sale opportunities or prospects or end customer in the market.
- Feeding customer and market application, new product information to distributors.
- Evaluating annually to review performance, activity and set up targets.
- Sharing marketing research determinations with product development, research and development and marketing departments.
- Identify new product and market opportunities.
- Work with the local sale staff to develop strategies plan.
- Monitor and manage the implementation of each plan.
- Be a team player and lead by example while motivating and coaching sale staff.
- Creating successful event marketing opportunities.
- Teaching proven prospecting and cold calling techniques.
- Making creative, solution driven proposals.
- Other tasks as may be assigned time to time.

Skills and specifications

- Master degree or BBA in relate field.
- Minimum 3~4 years’ experience working in international company demonstrating all the skills in service apartment and hotels.
- Knowledge of computer application, Microsoft office suite.
- Knowledge of dealing distributors.
- Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills.
- Fluently speaking/writing/listening English and Chinese is advantage.
- Should have high presentation and demonstration skills.
- Should operate effectively under minimal supervision.
- Able to work under pressure and teamwork.
- Able to work overtime and travel to over sea.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills.
- Ability to demonstrate success in meeting revenue goals and outperforming the market.
