Job Description

The purpose of this hiring is to assist with day‐to‐day operations related to organization’s developments with various department.

Experience/skill set should include:

- Knowledge of Microsoft office & basic accounting
- Equip with basic Computer skills
- 2-3 years administrative experience
- Familiarity with facilities operations
- Excellent customer service
- Strong ability to work independently
- Resourceful and team player
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Good personality with great working attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Able to translate & write English & Chinese
