"The COHESIVE TEAM" with Meridian International Holding & The Ascott Limited

The Cambodia team of Meridian International Holding & The Ascott Limited had a wonderful time of getting-to-know-you team building and sightseeing over a two-day one night outing at VKirirom Resort in Aug. 116 participants join in for this outing.

This had the knock-on effect of improving communication and morale, and revealing strengths and leadership qualities that people did not realize they had. The creative solutions come with whacky ideas, often laughter and a combined competitive spirit. 

Besides getting everyone to feel as a tight-knit team, the objective were improving communication, planning, strategy, and delegation skills.

Nonetheless, their willingness to laugh at themselves and with each other was part of the process of forming deeper camaraderie. A glimpse of our team building activities along with a nice dinner party, dance and karaoke at Vkirirom Resort that drive teamwork through positive and memorable experiences. The trip ended with a group photo for both organization’s team for remembrance.
